Hi, I’m Karleen Doty, owner of ZenBalance Bookkeeping, LLC here in Redmond, Oregon.

After receiving my AAS in Accounting, I immediately joined the work force and have been doing hands-on bookkeeping for over seven years. I’m currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting among various other learning and growing ventures in Accounting. My biggest goal right now is to become an IRS Enrolled Agent by the end of 2026 — because I believe in constantly learning and leveling up for the sake of my clients.

Bookkeeping isn’t just something I do — it’s something I’m building a career around. I care about helping small business owners feel confident in their numbers and stay compliant without the stress.

And when I’m not knee-deep in QuickBooks? I’m out riding my Harley with my Husband. I take the same no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude from the road to the books.
